Mark McFadzean (A/Dip. Man.) - C.E.O.

Mark started his involvement in cleaning in 1983, and has an extensive history in management and business management.

Working for NAB from 1986 to 1988, Mark was rapidly promoted to International Banking.

During the twelve years of 1988 to 2000, Mark was a sworn member of Victoria Police, during which time he was actively sought after for several task forces as a qualified Criminal Intelligence Analyst, including major incidents and internal investigations. In 1999 he was awarded the "Ethical and Diligent Service" medal for his services within Victoria Police.

Mark has a solid history of valued honesty, integrity and competency, which he has extended to One Planet Cleaning and its business ethics.

Kirsten McFadzean (A/Dip. Tourism) - Administration Manager

Kirsten has many years of experience in administration and has previously worked as a travel consultant with National Australia Travel and American Express. During this time she proved to be successful being awarded a position on "The Pacesetters Club" and was winner of the Qantas Australian category consultant incentive. Prior to this Kirsten loved her tennis and spent a year at the New York Tennis Academy on scholarship in her late teens. She also coaches tennis in her spare time.

Rob Hartnett (Bachelor of Bus. Post Grad. In Applied Finance & Invest.) - Business Development

Rob is the founder and director of leading sales and marketing advisory, Business Performance International. He has previously worked in senior sales and marketing roles for companies such as BCA IT and global organisations Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard & advertising agency Publicis Mojo. He is a regular in the media having appeared on "Bread TV","Good Morning Australia", "Business Daily" on Sky Channel and is currently appearing as a panel member on "Career Success" on Foxtel Digital. He is also a best selling author and had numerous articles on sales and marketing.

Grant Petering, Orr, Martin & Waters - Accountant

Orr, Martin & Waters (OMW) is a chartered accounting practice which has operated for in excess of 50 years. Located in Balwyn, OMW specialises in providing accounting and taxation services to small and medium sized businesses.

Tom Burns (Masters in Social Science) - OH&S and Risk Management
