Mark McFadzean (A/Dip. Man.) - C.E.O.

Mark has an extensive history in business management and international banking. Mark also has several years of experience in the finance industry, during which time he managed three Victorian offices of a national company ensuring a smooth operation and that all aspects of legislation were complied with.

Mark was a sworn member of Victoria Police from 1988 to 2000. During this time he served on several task forces including major incidents and Ethical Standard Department internal investigations, homicide and other offences of a complex and/or serious nature, liaising with government and law enforcement agencies throughout Australia and overseas, was the Victoria Police AUSTRAC liaison officer for 2 years and was part of the response team for acts of terrorism and major incidents in Victoria. In 1999 he was awarded a national medal for honesty, integrity and diligent performance.

Marks experience is particularly valuable on sites where security is of the utmost importance. Police checks are ineffective unless the identity of cleaners is confirmed in conjunction with thorough probity checks.

Mariel Morgan - Operations Manager

Mariel has in excess of 20 years in the cleaning industry. She has previously been an Operations Manager with two of Australias largest facility services corporations. Mariel has experience in all sectors including housekeeping, hotels, large office buildings, sporting complexes, hospitals, etc. Mariel's passion for the cleaning industry has allowed her to gain experience in a variety of cleaning roles that has led her to manage many high profile sites. She is an innovative thinker and is always on the lookout for new products, techniques and methods to improve efficiency and quality. Mariel strives to excel in customer service, no matter how big or small the task at hand is. She loves to create and maintain a happy work environment where expectations go above and beyond of what is required by the client.

Rob Hartnett - Business Development (Consultant)

Rob is the founder and director of leading sales and marketing advisory, Business Performance International. He has previously worked in senior sales and marketing roles for companies such as BCA IT and global organisations Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard & advertising agency Publicis Mojo. He is a regular in the media having appeared on "Bread TV", "Good Morning Australia", "Business Daily" on Sky Channel and is currently appearing as a panel member on "Career Success" on Foxtel Digital. He is also a bestselling author and had numerous articles on sales and marketing.

Justin Augustin - Quality Assurance and Environmental Management (Consultant)

Justin established his business, Aqure, in 2004. Justin has an extensive background in the automotive industry and defence providing support for their ISO9001 or TS16949 Quality Systems (auditing, process mapping etc) and has also planned and participated in projects involving Lean Manufacturing, 5S Visual Management, Statistical Quality Analysis, FMEA Risk Management and Reliability Engineering Analysis areas. Justin is now qualified for support in Environmental Management Systems.

Tom Burns - Risk Management and OH&S (Consultant)

Tom has an extensive experience in Policing and Social Science (in which he has a Masters Qualification) in Canada and Australia. Tom has a strong combination of practical experience and academic qualifications in the areas of WorkCover and Public Liability investigations, Risk Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Return to Work Programs and Employee Assistance Programs. Tom is also a DuPont Safety representative, many aspects of the DuPont program have been implemented by One Planet Cleaning. On large and medium sized contracts Tom inducts the cleaning staff on OH&S issues and other matters of risk management. He also conducts periodical audits of these sites to ensure that our these issues are being managed.
